We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing trends, along with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, utilizing skills in graphic design, photography, and video editing.
- Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends while engaging with followers to foster community relationships.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and best practices in social media management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of branding principles and public relations strategies is preferred.
