In this role, you will work alongside our senior experts to master Wix Studio, helping us migrate clients from legacy platforms (like WordPress and Shopify) into the future of the web. This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring designer to grow within a mission-driven agency that values speed, stability, and social responsibility.

<Responsibilities>

Wix Studio Mastery: Assist in designing and building fully responsive, high-performance websites using the Wix Studio editor.

Collaborative Design: Translate wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes from Figma into functional, pixel-perfect Wix Studio layouts.

Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for Core Web Vitals, ensuring every site we build is lightning-fast and SEO-optimized from day one.

Velo Integration: Collaborate with developers to implement custom functionality using Velo (JavaScript) to extend the capabilities of the Wix platform.

Sustainable Practices: Contribute to our "Green Web" initiatives by optimizing assets to reduce the carbon footprint of the digital experiences we create.

Accessibility & UI/UX: Conduct usability testing and accessibility audits to ensure our "People First" promise is met for users of all abilities.

<Qualifications>

Foundational Design Skills: Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory.

Platform Interest: A deep desire to become an expert in Wix Studio. (Prior experience with Wix or Wix Studio is a major plus, but we will train the right candidate).

Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in Figma is essential. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) is preferred.

Code Literacy: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Velo or React is a significant advantage.

Technical SEO Knowledge: Understanding of how design choices impact SEO, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Communication & Values: Excellent communication skills and a "People First" mindset. You should be eager to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to community-focused projects.
