<Duties>

1. Develop compelling visual designs for websites, ensuring they are aligned with brand identity and marketing strategies using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Figma.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user flows and interface layouts, utilizing platforms such as InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq.
3. Implement responsive web design principles to ensure seamless experiences across desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React.
4. Collaborate with front-end developers to translate designs into functional websites through front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and web accessibility standards.
5. Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by applying best practices in content structure, metadata management, and performance tuning via Google Analytics 360 and web analytics tools.
6. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design improvements; analyze data from web analytics platforms to refine user experience strategies.
7. Maintain existing websites through regular updates, website maintenance tasks, security patches, content management system (CMS) management such as WordPress or Drupal, and ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards.

<Qualifications>

1. Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects emphasizing UI/UX principles.
2. Proficiency in interaction design, motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), typography, layout design, and visual design fundamentals.
3. Skilled in front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (AJAX), Angular or React frameworks; familiarity with back-end languages like PHP or Node.js is a plus.
4. Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal for website updates and content management.
5. Strong understanding of usability principles, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive web design techniques.
6. Knowledge of SEO best practices combined with data analysis skills using Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to optimize user engagement.
7. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative tools such as SharePoint or Trello for project management.
