Key Tasks:
- Supporting the Commercialization and Marketing Operations team
Marketing Operations Team:
- Advisory Board time tracking and invoicing
- Collating tradeshow retrospective decks (getting the data from various teams, creating the shell of the deck)
- Collating analytics on promotional activities & social media into one consolidated format/tracker
- PRC/QL7 submissions
- AOS Biography creation based on existing templates
- Brand Exchange & OneLibrary alignment/submissions
- Submitting POs
- Proofread and cleaning up style on content
- GEO Meeting project manager (collecting input, taking notes, sharing notes and action items)
- Product rebranded documentation, collateral, and deck updates
- SharePoint tradeshow recap
Commercial:
- Contract management
- Cost spreadsheet
- 3rd party vendor spreadsheet
- Reports update, data pulls
- PB submission: end of sale / end of support, country for sale validation
- Monday.com deadline updates
- Install country list and plans
- VIT tickets for SF fixes: quotes, approval matrix
- Help with meetings: coordination, action item tracking
Skills & Attributes:
- Experienced in creating marketing content - presentations (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate across a global team
- Extremely organized and able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A team player that pays attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Outgoing and driven personality with a passion to make things happen
- Experience in the healthcare, healthcare IT, software/SaaS, or tech industry (desirable)
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: Outlook E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
