This role starts with a focus on content creation / SEO primarily as well as Social Media management but offers many opportunities to explore other exciting areas of digital marketing such as paid advertisement campaigns and email marketing.

What You’ll Do:

1. Craft high-quality, engaging on-page content optimized for search engines.
2. Seek out and develop off-page content partners to support backlink strategies and improve domain authority.
3. Assist in planning and executing social media engagement and marketing campaigns.
4. Interact with our target markets via social media (user engagement).
5. Utilize all available production tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, etc. to rapidly produce quality content and work quickly and effectively, making the most out of your time.
6. Collaborate on creative marketing ideas and strategies to support our various projects.
7. Stay up-to-date on SEO, social, and marketing trends and best practices to continuously enhance our online presence across markets.
8. Directly interface with influencers and freelancers to produce content as needed.
9. Perform other digital marketing activities, including creative data entry, customer engagement, and web strategy, as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong Writing Skills: You can produce polished, engaging, and error-free content quickly.
2. Design Skills: You know how to make things look good and appealing, such as making simple custom graphics and laying out content.
3. SEO Knowledge: You have at least a basic understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinks, etc.
4. Tech-Savvy: You’re an expert at general computer and internet use, and are already or can become comfortable using a variety of internet and software tools, such as Office suite, Adobe suite, Canva, ChatGPT, all social media platforms and apps, etc.
5. Independence: You can work remotely and independently with little oversight, manage your time effectively, and take initiative.
6. Adaptability: You’re willing to learn and take on varied tasks as needed.
7. Passion for Growth: You’re excited about the opportunity to grow into new areas of digital marketing and make a meaningful impact.
