As a Client Services Representative, you are the first line of contact between our clients and their target market. In this role, you’ll create and enhance customer retention between the client and new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service and sales interactions.

The Responsibilities of this position include:

• Present and promote our client's products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in a retail setting
• Resolve customer support-related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
• Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
• Report new customer acquisitions and sales to the Director of Operations
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a PLUS
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
