The Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Campaign Manager to join the Client Music team. This is your opportunity to shape how millions of fans experience music and culture on a global scale.
You will be the driving force behind Client Music's social media presence, creating and executing campaigns that resonate with audiences, amplify our brand, and support our business goals. You will collaborate with artists, creators, and internal teams to tell unforgettable stories, launch innovative initiatives, and cultivate a community of passionate music lovers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute creative, end-to-end social media campaigns for Client Music's key initiatives, from artist partnerships to tentpole events.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work directly with artists, influencers, and creators to build authentic and compelling social marketing collaborations.
- Drive with Data: Use audience insights, platform trends, and performance data to inform your strategy, optimize content, and prove the impact of your work.
- Innovate and Inspire: Be the expert on social trends and emerging technologies. Pitch new, forward-thinking ideas that keep Client Music at the forefront of digital storytelling.
- Be Hands-On: Get directly involved in bringing campaigns to life, including supporting content creation, publishing across our channels, and providing on-location social coverage for live events.
- Manage Key Relationships: Oversee our social agency partners, ensuring they deliver best-in-class work that aligns with our brand vision.
Who You Are:
- An Expert in Music & Culture: You have 5+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience, with a deep understanding of the music industry and its cultural landscape.
- A Proven Leader: You have 3+ years of experience managing agencies, vendors, and complex projects, ensuring everyone is aligned and delivering on time.
- A Natural Storyteller & Communicator: You can craft a compelling narrative and present your ideas with confidence, gaining buy-in from teammates and leadership.
- A Strategic Thinker: You are a creative problem-solver who sees the big picture and understands how social media fits into a broader marketing ecosystem.
- Flexible and Dedicated: You are willing to travel for key events and are comfortable with the flexible schedule required to manage a 24/7 social presence, including occasional nights and weekends.
