Job Type: Part-Time
This part-time position requires excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional events. You will work closely with the head Booking Agent & clients to coordinate and execute successful talent bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Initiate contact and maintain relationships with talent representatives to secure bookings.
- Negotiate performance fees, contracts, and other terms while adhering to budget constraints.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, agreements, and correspondence related to talent bookings.
- Assist in budget management, cost analysis, and financial reporting for talent-related expenses.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and audience preferences to ensure competitive and innovative bookings.
- Analyze market conditions and competition to optimize talent selections.
Client Relations:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific talent requirements and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns related to talent bookings.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all talent contracts and agreements adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent booking, event management, or related fields preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including talent agencies, artists, and performers.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and management.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for scheduling and documentation.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time hours, with flexibility as required by event schedules.
- Availability for evening and weekend work during events.
- Remote work.
