CornerStone has partnered with a local insurance company in their search for Licensed Insurance Agents (215-L&H) to field customer calls with questions regarding their benefit plans. There is no sales involved in this role. We are just seeking a customer-oriented representative there to support the client; listening, researching information from carriers and/or following up with the sales team. They field and respond to questions in guaranteed time frame to ensure a white glove experience for the clients. They will assist clients’ employees, cobra participants, retirees and dependents with questions regarding their life and health coverage. We are seeking someone well versed in various product lines and service, that will be able to speak to both English and Spanish speaking patrons.

Requirements of the Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agents-215:

• Must have an active Insurance license for Life & Health 215
• Must be bilingual; Spanish and English
• Able to work proficiently in the software system to research items for clients and make sure they are properly enrolled
• Able to work in a call center environment in a customer service capacity. NO SALES INVOLVED-strictly customer service and follow-up on customer inquiries
• Able to work on-site Monday-Friday; 8-4:30 or 8:30-5pm.
• Criminal background check and reference check required
