Role Overview
The Amazon Marketing Division of Intero Digital is seeking a sharp, self-motivated, creative individual who is passionate about their work, loves Amazon.com, and has excellent problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
The agency provides full-service Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central Account Management. We manage every aspect of Amazon.com for our clients, including listing their products, optimizing the product content, managing and maintaining listings, as well as creating enhanced brand content and brand pages. We're looking for a Catalog/Content Specialist who can excel at these tasks.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Work directly with Account Managers and clients to manage, maintain, and optimize the Amazon product listings. Ensure each listing is searchable, clear, and good-looking. This includes making sure bullet points and descriptions are informative, clear, and correct, and ensuring each listing has excellent images and videos. This often involves working with Amazon support. Must be able to explain issues clearly and explain what needs to be done to fix issues.
- A+ pages: Build attractive and informative A+ pages with content and images that help consumers better understand the product. This often requires writing or rewording content from the manufacturer. Also, knowledge of Photoshop is a plus here.
- Uploading new items: Provide Amazon with all the content and information needed to get new items uploaded and live on Amazon. This often requires rewording content from the manufacturer or writing content from scratch. It also involves keyword research to aid in creating SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
Skills Required
- Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Must be a creative, self-driven individual with great attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of selling on Amazon.
- Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Very computer literate.
- Extremely detailed-oriented.
- Visual mindset knowing what looks good and what helps products sell.
- Know what consumers like to hear, read, and see in order to make a buying decision.
- Need to be able and willing to learn quickly, solve problems, and be honest.
- Any experience managing a retail store or retail website is also very valuable for this position.
