Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Real Estate Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and negotiating the acquisition of residential properties that align with our investment criteria and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

~Active, direct outreach with consistency to property owners, brokers and other stakeholders to source specific property acquisitions.

~ Develop and maintain new relationships with property owners, brokers and other stakeholders to build long term funnels for future acquisitions.

~ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition.

~ Evaluate properties for investment potential, considering factors such as market trends, property condition and financial performance.

~ Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

~ Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, title searches and financial analysis.

~ Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance and development, throughout the acquisition process and ensure seamless transition to the next phase of development.

~ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting residential real estate investments.

Your Knowledge/ Skills/ Prior Experience:

• 1-3 years handling real estate transactions
• Real estate or lending industry experience is a plus
• Experience working with the SalesForce, Skyslope, Dropbox, CAR forms preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Suite
• Real Estate license a plus (we’ll sponsor getting the license if needed)
