BluePrint is on the search for a talented Account Specialist with 2-3 years of social media marketing experience to join our marketing team. If you’re a self-starting, opportunistic account leader, we want to learn more about you.
Position Summary
In this role, you will successfully manage and grow our clients' social media presence across various platforms by ingraining yourself into their business, products, services, and vertical. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' brand, digital, and content marketing challenges and identifying solutions. You are a client's day-to-day contact -- fielding and acting on requests, collecting feedback and approval, documenting, and guiding work. Experience with digital marketing strategies is a plus and will allow us to shape this role to suit the right candidate’s strengths. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to collaborate with our team on diverse projects. It is your mission to provide clients with a top-notch BluePrint experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media: content calendars, schedules, engagement, strategies, and daily monitoring for various platforms.
- Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to each client's brand and target audience.
- Monitor social media analytics, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers: oversee collaboration agreements, coordinate campaign deliverables, and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with brand objectives and maximize ROI.
- Collect information on client-initiated requests and coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns (potential of setting up, monitoring, and reporting on ads).
- Be a reliable, tech-savvy marketing partner for our clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Additional marketing-related responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and tools (e.g. Loomly, CapCut, Canva).
- Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including GA4, conversion tracking, SEO, and paid digital ads is a plus.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with a project management tool.
Additional Information
- Open to hiring candidates for full-time or part-time work with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
- Preference of 1+ years of remote/hybrid work experience.
