Tanner Chidester owns a company called Elite Ceos (eliteceos.com) that has generated over $141 million in sales and worked with over 50,000+ clients over a 8 year window.

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Strategist/Social media growth expert to come in and help run the content show. You will be coming up with concepts that you think is on brand for Tanner and can go viral (youtube and instagram focus).

The #1 thing we are looking for is someone with experience growing big personal brands and EXTREMELY creative. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET TANNERS ACCOUNTS TO GROW OR YOU WILL BE LET GO. TANNER IS GOING TO KEEP TRYING FOREVER, BUT NEEDS SOMEONE WHO CAN COME UP WITH ALL CONTENT IDEAS.

Tanner is looking for you to have creative ideas for content, NOT have him come up with the ideas for you. He will help as much as he can, but he is busy running the business on a daily basis.

Tanner wants to grow all his social channels (especially youtube and IG). You will be spending a lot of time with Tanner and need to be okay with that.

We will supply you with a team of 12+ editors that can carry out your vision and help you grow tanners brand to new heights.

If you are not experienced or a creative thinker this isn't for you. You will be put on a 30-90 day test out period. If after the 30-90 days the accounts haven't had much growth, you will be let go.

ACCOUNT GROWTH IS VITAL. If you can't do it, tanner will move on to next individual. You must PERFORM.

Key responsibilities

- Come up with viral youtube concepts

- Come up with viral instagram concepts

- Take long form content and be able to piece together and splice attention grabbing short form content

- Direct video editing teams on how to make content pop/go viral

- Consult with team members from production to post-production process

- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

- BE AN ABSOLUTE savage with content

- Work experience in the world of Social Media

- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio

- Strong communication skills

- Premiere Pro & After Effects experience

- Good organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

Pay and Benefits:

6k per month for 90 days. After 90 days if you have performed you will be moved to 8-20k per month MINIMUM depending on performance. Open to discussion based on experience and talent level.
