This is a part time position for an Apartment Leasing Consultant, paying $14/hour. Hours would be Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5:00 p.m. If applicant is available during the week, additional hours may be offered to cover various offices when staff shortage occurs but weekday coverage is not mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Handling telephone and on-site traffic, entering prospects in computer and continuing with follow up, showing "ready' apartments, closing the application, dispatching emergency call repairs, making resident collection calls, posting notices on resident doors and filing. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
Positive, "can-do' attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
Professional written and oral communication skills.
Minimum Business casual attire
