  7. Develop and execute strategies to align web and digital communication platforms with the organization’s branding, corporate communications, and public affairs goals.
  8. Oversee content planning, information architecture, design, and implementation for organizational websites.
  9. Document and promote best practices for website content management, applications, and digital communications.
  10. Provide training and guidance to content owners and contributors on web standards, application use, and communication practices.
  11. Analyze FAQs, search queries, and user feedback to improve outreach, self-service resources, and digital content.
  12. Manage high-visibility projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  13. Advise on innovative solutions for website development, content strategy, and digital communications.
  14. Establish and enforce plain language, accessibility, and compliance standards across all digital platforms.
  15. Ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and timely, while identifying and correcting outdated or noncompliant material.

Required Qualifications

  2. Proven track record of leading large-scale web projects and digital initiatives.
  3. Expertise with web content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress) and legacy system transition.

  6. Experience in developing and maintaining governance frameworks, policies, and training programs for web content management.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Preferred Skills
