We are among the top insurance providers in the nation and continue to expand! We are currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our team. As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across all key areas. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement this strategy through campaigns, communications, and partnerships. Your efforts will focus on driving engagement and growth within our primary target audiences, as well as promoting and enhancing our brand. Executing this strategy will require a hands-on approach, which includes managing our web and social media presence and working closely with key stakeholders, such as team owners and media outlets, to coordinate our public relations and communications plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Oversee and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create and implement engaging social media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee the design and content of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
- Manage all brand assets, including logo, messaging, and visual identity.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including direct mail, print ads, and events.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Track and analyze offline marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience with offline marketing channels, such as direct mail and print ads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
