In this role, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers throughout their journey. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, managing emergency situations with professionalism and agility, and delivering an exceptional inflight experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome passengers, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines


Prepare and present in-flight meals and beverages, responding to any special requests and dietary restrictions


Manage onboard supplies and equipment to ensure the highest operational standards and passenger satisfaction


Provide first aid and emergency support to passengers and crew as necessary


Perform regular cabin checks to maintain cleanliness, order, and the highest levels of hygiene
