This specific role will be responsible for working closely with the Product Marketing team to create new and engaging ways to share information within and outside of the Marketing department and the Company. This cross functional team member will pull information from multiple sources into comprehensive documentation that is purpose driven to be relevant to a variety of audiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including team/org policies and practices, data dictionaries, KPIs and success measures, software and systems development and configuration, systems operations, work processes, playbooks, and sales workflows.
  • Assist with the creation of test plans, quality assurance processes, and user documentation.
  • Communicate system and information updates to the Company and all End-Users.
  • Actively seek out updates from partner teams to assure the most current architecture, SOPs, checklists, etc. are represented in our documents.
  • Write, format, edit, review and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Create and maintain a library of documentation, cataloging it for internal and external use.
  • Create, publish, and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others, ensuring a consistent look and feel.
  • Gather and analyze technical and product information for inclusion in information systems documentation and End-User and Internal API Documentation.
  • Collaborate with and educate others to enable self-service both within and outside of the Company
  • Meet regularly with Product, Development, and Marketing PLG teams to validate current state and plan for future states.
  • Partner closely with the Management Team and Executive Leadership Team for knowledge sharing and document review sessions

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Persistent and Precise
