Position Summary
Work in partnership with Talent Management Consultants to produce and deploy Talent Management tools, programs, and materials. Design and deliver projects using a variety of approaches, including the use of new, emerging, and popular technologies. Provide advice and support on the user experience and design of Talent Management programs and materials. Provide support for various Talent Management programs and initiatives. Manage projects and support assignments on-time and within budget parameters. Manage select vendor relationships. Design and lead the content management process for the Talent Management team.
Essential Responsibilities
Apply knowledge and skill in the development of Talent Management tools by using a variety of methods. Keep current with new, emerging, and popular technologies and leverage that technology as appropriate. Partner with other members of the HR team and key stakeholders to deploy these tools.
Serve as an internal consultant to the Talent Management team on the design and user experience of Talent Management tools, programs, and materials. Leverage knowledge regarding design and user experience to transform drafted tools and materials into finished products. Provide guidance, advice, and edits to others as needed. Apply knowledge and skill in development of TM programs using multiple methods, leveraging technology including mobile, e learning, video, social learning and other emerging technology.
Support the implementation of Talent Management programs and initiatives. This may include coordinating and facilitating employee meetings, conducting presentations, participating in the development of communication materials, tracking and reporting progress on key performance indicators, identifying recommended processes to support effective program administration, providing support for the scheduling and facilitation of instructor-led trainings.
Source and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors. Work closely with HR Consultants and other key communication channels in support of marketing programs.
Develop, lead, and execute a content management process for the Talent Management Team to ensure that all published content is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
Two years of work experience in training and consulting or related areas.
Strong communication and group presentation skills.
Demonstrated understanding of adult learning design theory, user experience, and design thinking.
Strong computer skills especially with Excel, PowerPoint MS project, and Word.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $60,000.00 to $85,332.33 per year
