Job Description:
WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position performs advanced, diverse, and confidential administrative functions for the Talent Acquisition team within the Human Resources division of the Bank. The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is managing HR's Job Posting Program including reviewing job descriptions, utilizing Workday to post jobs, and managing the Bank's open positions on all external job boards. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and extended HR team to fulfill the hiring needs of the Bank. This person works closely with candidates, hiring managers, and internal/external partners to create a seamless, exceptional candidate experience.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage, support, and post all job requisitions to ensure they are correct and attractive job postings, both internal and external; including post-hire mandatory documents.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for hires by facilitating the post offer, pre-hire process to ensure all actions are taken prior to their joining start date; including initiating and follow up on pre-employment screenings.
  • Understanding the business process in our applicant data system (Workday).
  • Coordinate other talent acquisition activities such as internal and external career events including, processing invoices and registrations for those events. Support identifying, reviewing, and scheduling external career events for recruiters.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.
  • Process all Talent Acquisition invoices through Oracle and external sites as needed.
  • Be responsible for supporting on-boarding which includes completing and processing employment eligibility verification (I-9) forms, facilitating new hire pre-employment screenings, and administrating tasks related to an Associate's start date.
  • Support the administration of the Intern Associates program in conjunction with fellow Talent team members.
  • Primary contact with external staffing companies, select the appropriate agencies for temporary placement orders and authorize payment of agency invoices, present external temporary staffing requests with agencies and communicate with hiring manager to screen resumes, and complete the Bank's required interim temporary tracking and hiring process.
  • Regularly interacts with Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist with other administrative duties to support full recruitment cycle.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent. College degree with a focus on Business or Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of administrative support experience.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and support several HR team members simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work successfully in an ambiguous environment with frequently changing priorities, timelines, and can track and manage up to date information.
  • Previous Human Resources experience or the desire to pursue a career in Human Resources preferred.
  • Previous experience using Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Previous talent acquisition experience is preferred.
  • Must have a strong ability to learn Workday applicant tracking and new hire on-boarding functions and be able to navigate external vendor and external sites to post position information.
  • Must have excellent administrative skills including, word processing, filing, and report generation.
  • Must have excellent computer skills including, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have excellent customer service focus and be able to take initiative, respond proactively, and handle workflow with minimal supervision.
