BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Sales & Customer Success, the Sr. Brand Manager (SRBM) is responsible for building, growing, and maintaining a book of business comprised of both ePromos and self-generated leads. This individual is a trained sales professional with at least three years of experience in the promotional products industry who possesses both a hunter and farmer mentality, excels in client account management, development, retention, and growth. The SRBM places high value on developing long-term client partnerships and is strategic in their questions, answers, and overall sales processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties, Skills, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Lead and oversee relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Self-starter who strives to better understand client needs to provide value-added solutions.
- Ability to develop, articulate, and execute a strategic sales process, more advanced than a traditional “contract strategy”.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and top / bottom line salaes / profitability analysis
- Proactively probe for future business initiatives, events, and project opportunities and ask for referrals to other potential stakeholders in the business.
- Be an expert on the top-20 customers, always seeking to understand pain points, areas for growth and opportunity, and how to be a strategic business partner.
- Maintain a top-level, in-depth knowledge of relevant product, industry, and retail merchandise trends, including but not limited to industry publications, newsletters, webinars and/or events.
- Utilization of CRM as the primary source of all interactions, so all necessary data and analytics are obtained.
- Ambassador of culture, strive for and support an environment that supports company missions and core values.
Maintain appropriate physical and mental health required to perform the essential functions of position
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum three (3) years promotional product experience
- Proven/demonstrated sales experience developing and growing accounts
- Exceptional client negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Ability to work independently or team as required by the task or project
- Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional conduct
Required Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Position is fully remote to the US only
- Ability to accommodate multiple time-zones with primary ET (EST/EDT)
- Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
- Frequent video conference/email/chat
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Maintaining a stationary position for up to 50% of the workday
- Consistently operate a computer and other productivity equipment including keyboard, webcam and document scanner
- Clarity of vision of 30” or less
- Ability to perceive sound in the capacity of oral communication
- Exertion of up to 10lbs. of force as related to lift or move of objects
