Steinger, Greene & Feiner is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist for immediate hire.

As the Social Media Specialist you will be directly responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Law Firm’s image on Social Media. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote our services to the community we serve.

This job will be on site in Palm Beach Gardens, with occasional travel to the South Florida office branches and community events.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media strategy, including content creation, calendar, and scheduling for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
2. Audience engagement: Respond to inbound social media inquiries and engage with potential clients.
3. Data analysis: Generate monthly reports on social media analytics and user engagement and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
4. Growth: Increase social media following and brand awareness through strategic advertising campaigns.
5. Local Community: Participate and help coordinate local community events. Document and publicize the firm’s involvement in supporting the community.
6. Communication: Communicate the company's views effectively and creatively.
7. Trends: Monitor and analyze marketing trends, tools, and applications to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Location: West Palm Area (On-site at Palm Beach Gardens with occasional travel to branch offices or community events)

Skills:

· Experience managing social media for brands or organizations.

· Strong understanding of social media KPIs.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer) and knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
