Social Media Specialist

We are growing and seeking a driven, experienced, Social Media Specialist to join our team immediately. In this role, you’ll be managing our Member Marketing Services social media/content marketing programs along with other digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes all Business to Business social media advertising campaigns for our members along with other online marketing services as they are created and launched.
• Measures and reports performance of all social media marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborates with members, agencies and other vendor partners.
• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the B2B services industry. Agency background a plus.
• At least 2-3 years paid social media advertising experience managing 15+ accounts
• Both tactical and strategic skills required
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing Social Media advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of social media posting, website, and marketing analytics tools
• Experience in setting up, optimizing, and managing social media advertising campaigns

· This position is “In Office” at our corporate location in Brentwood, Tennessee. This is not a “Remote” position.
