Social Media Specialist

We are growing and seeking a driven, experienced, Social Media Specialist to join our team immediately. In this role, you’ll be managing our Member Marketing Services social media/content marketing programs along with other digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plans and executes all Business to Business social media advertising campaigns for our members along with other online marketing services as they are created and launched.
2. Measures and reports performance of all social media marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
4. Collaborates with members, agencies and other vendor partners.
5. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the B2B services industry. Agency background a plus.
2. At least 2-3 years paid social media advertising experience managing 15+ accounts
3. Both tactical and strategic skills required
4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing Social Media advertising campaigns
5. Solid knowledge of social media posting, website, and marketing analytics tools
6. Experience in setting up, optimizing, and managing social media advertising campaigns

· This position is “In Office” at our corporate location in Brentwood, Tennessee. This is not a “Remote” position.
