Muma Aesthetics is a growing medspa dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetic treatments such as injectables, PRF, laser services, skin rejuvenation, and more. We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and expand our online presence.

Position Overview

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Muma Aesthetics’ online brand presence across social media platforms. This includes creating engaging content, managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and building community engagement to attract and retain clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms).
2. Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos that align with Muma Aesthetics’ brand and services.
3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
4. Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
5. Collaborate with the owner and clinical team to highlight treatments, promotions, before/after results, and client testimonials.
6. Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up to date on social media trends, audio, aesthetics industry news, and best practices.
8. Assist with occasional website/blog updates, email marketing campaigns, and local community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (1–3 years preferred).
2. Strong content creation skills (graphic design, photography, video editing, and caption writing).
3. Proficiency with platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
4. Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns and analyzing metrics.
5. Knowledge of aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry marketing is a plus.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Hourly Rate: $20 – $30/hour, based on experience (with performance-based growth opportunities).
