Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting captivating content, skilled in photography and videography, and proficient in social media management. This role will play a crucial part in increasing engagement and generating incoming leads for our business.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing images for ads across various platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Produce high-quality photography and videography to showcase our products/services, tell our brand story, and engage our audience.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
- Plan and execute content calendars, including writing compelling copy, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Monitor trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for content creation and social media growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
- Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends to continuously optimize content performance.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines
- Utilize existing database of customers/leads to re-engage with and build an online presence.
- Other job responsibilities require similar duties amongst other business creation projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating images for ads, photography, and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for photo and video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and metrics.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
