The below job opportunity is to one of Our clients who is an American chain of beauty stores headquartered in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This Client carries cosmetics, fragrances, nail products, bath and body products, beauty tools, and hair care products.

Job Description:

ServiceNow Platform Expertise:

1. Understanding of ServiceNow architecture (tables, scripts, workflows, ACLs, etc.).
2. Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
3. Experience with ServiceNow App Engine for custom applications.

Scripting & Development:

1. JavaScript (primary language for scripting in ServiceNow).
2. Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax, etc.).
3. Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflow Scripts.
4. Service Portal development using AngularJS, HTML, CSS.
5. Integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Configuration & Administration:

1. Configuring Workflows, Flow Designer, and Automation Rules.
2. Setting up Forms, Fields, and UI Actions.
3. Managing Access Control Rules (ACLs).
4. Understanding Service Catalog & Request Management.

ITSM & ITIL Knowledge:

1. Familiarity with ITIL best practices (especially Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management).
2. Experience with SLA configurations and notifications.

Integration & Automation:

1. IntegrationHub for no-code/low-code integrations.
2. Orchestration for automating IT tasks.
3. MID Server for integrations with on-premise systems.

Performance & Troubleshooting:

1. Debugging tools like Script Debugger and System Logs.
2. Optimizing performance of scripts and queries.
3. Managing and maintaining Instance Health.

Security & Compliance:

1. Role-based Access Control (RBAC).
2. Data protection and encryption.
3. Compliance with governance frameworks.

Reporting & Analytics:

1. Creating Dashboards, Reports, and Performance Analytics.
2. Knowledge of CMDB reporting and SLA tracking.
