What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop high-performance applications and backend solutions with a strong focus on Java and PL/SQL
• Build resilient, scalable software by following best practices in coding, testing, and architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product needs into robust technical implementations
• Champion clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines across the software lifecycle
• Write and refine user stories with an emphasis on performance, maintainability, and monitoring
• Contribute to sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and support iterative, agile development cycles
• Guide and mentor junior developers on tools, practices, and growth areas
• Integrate emerging technologies to improve development efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and rigorous testing

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years of hands-on software development in Java and PL/SQL
• Proven experience building distributed systems and cloud-first applications using frameworks like Spring
• Strong command of RESTful API design and event-driven architectures
• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, Salesforce, Groovy)
• 3+ years working on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices—CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery (Scrum, Kanban, XP)

• AWS / Azure / GCP Developer or DevOps certifications
• Experience building automated test frameworks and performance monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with version control, branching strategies, and release pipelines
