What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop high-performance applications and backend solutions with a strong focus on Java and PL/SQL
- Build resilient, scalable software by following best practices in coding, testing, and architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product needs into robust technical implementations
- Champion clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines across the software lifecycle
- Write and refine user stories with an emphasis on performance, maintainability, and monitoring
- Contribute to sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and support iterative, agile development cycles
- Guide and mentor junior developers on tools, practices, and growth areas
- Integrate emerging technologies to improve development efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and rigorous testing
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of hands-on software development in Java and PL/SQL
- Proven experience building distributed systems and cloud-first applications using frameworks like Spring
- Strong command of RESTful API design and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, Salesforce, Groovy)
- 3+ years working on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices—CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
