  • Annual process of the year-end
  • Incentives year-end.
  • Cleaning accounts and deficits.
  • Monthly financial review
  • Provide information to any inquiry about the financials.
  • Monthly Department review of the UP statement
  • Follow up with the UP and Revenue team on any discrepancies or deductions.
  • Payroll account reconciliation
  • Verify new hire's PAF and offer letters.
  • Verify termed personnel.

-Verify any JFI entered by SOM- DOM HR

  • Run a comparative monthly payroll report to follow up on the variance.
  • Monthly updates of the Carts A- T payroll reconciliation.
  • Monthly review of the MBM accounts (faculty development)
  • Monthly review of the receivables report AR/BI
  • Weekly review of the ACH wire report and process claim payments through Cash Management
  • Prepare and submit the quarterly, and semiannual incentives.
  • Review the payout according to the calculations submitted.
  • Daily review of the Budget error report
  • Confirm the expenditure and enter the budget in PS production.
  • Update and create financial reports in Office Connect.
  • Process journal and correct entry necessary.
  • Attend all the Revenue Integrate meetings.
  • Assist with the budget process
  • Works closely with University Physicians to resolve any coding issues

Shift

 

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

 

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

 

Salary Range: $51,875 - $94,000 Annually
Grade: GGS-010
