The Role

Our ideal candidate has at least 3-4 years of paid search marketing experience. If you have fewer than 3 years, definitely let us know you are interested and we could potentially convert this to a more appropriate role. We prefer someone who has worked directly with clients, as presenting reports and recommendations is an essential part of this job. Most importantly we want someone who loves to learn and get better. We have a professional media department with a significant amount of experience, and we push each other to do great work and to constantly be better. We are especially skilled in paid search, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to expand your skill set.

Qualifications include:

• 3-4 years experience planning, launching and managing search marketing campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing and other search engines
• Successful track record of building accounts from the ground up including account strategy, account structure and text ad strategy and development
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform
• Have a true passion for search marketing, staying on top of the latest industry updates and best practices
• Enjoys working directly with clients, consulting them on opportunities to grow their business using digital marketing
• Love to learn and consistently seek ways to improve both personally and professionally
• Experience planning and executing other digital media tactics, such as Paid Social, is also a plus, but not a requirement

Additional Qualifications:

• B2B paid search experience is preferred
