Job Description:


We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Graphic Design to lead and elevate our creative output across digital, physical, and experiential channels. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on design, creative direction, brand system stewardship, and team leadership.


You’ll shape the Auri visual universe across product packaging, email, social, paid ads, website, partnerships, and brand activations. You’ll manage an internal designer, collaborate deeply with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Web, and help build scalable creative systems as we grow.

This role is ideal for a designer who loves storytelling, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can think at both the conceptual and executional levels.


What You’ll Own:


Brand & Creative Direction

  1. Lead end-to-end design for brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and strategic initiatives.
  2. Maintain and evolve Auri’s visual identity system to ensure consistency and visual excellence.
  3. Develop creative concepts that bring our product benefits and brand ethos to life in clear, energizing ways.


Product & Packaging Design

  1. Own packaging design from concept → dieline → compliant files → production handoff.
  2. Lead packaging refreshes, innovations, limited editions, and retail-specific formats.
  3. Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Compliance to ensure manufacturability, accuracy, and beauty.


Email, Social & Digital Design

  1. Lead creative for lifecycle (email/SMS), including storytelling modules, retention flows, and segmentation variations.
  2. Own social design (IG, TikTok, Pinterest), building modular templates to scale volume while maintaining quality.
  3. Create static + animated assets for paid media with an understanding of performance design.
  4. Support website creative updates, landing page layouts, and CRO-informed visual iterations.


Brand Activation, Retail & Experiential

  1. Lead creative for brand activations, sampling events, partnerships, and trade shows.
  2. Design booth layouts, signage, merch, environmental graphics, and experiential touchpoints.
  3. Create visual assets for retail displays, shelf talkers, PDQs, POP, and in-store demo materials.
  4. Collaborate with partners on co-branded assets that maintain Auri’s visual integrity.
  5. Ensure all physical-world creative aligns with our digital brand and feels cohesive, premium, and differentiated.


Creative Systems, Operations & Quality

  1. Build scalable creative systems, templates, style guides, and design documentation.
  2. Own the creative production calendar: prioritization, briefs, deadlines, and cross-team routing.
  3. Implement strong file organization, versioning standards, and production-ready workflows.
  4. Ensure all deliverables meet technical requirements (print specs, accessibility, digital best practices).


Team Leadership

  1. Manage and mentor one internal designer with clear development paths and regular feedback.
  2. Provide thoughtful direction and actionable feedback to raise the quality of outputs.
  3. Scope and manage external creative partners (photographers, editors, illustrators, agencies).
  4. Contribute to a culture of clarity, iteration, collaboration, and creative excellence.


What You Bring:


  1. 6–8 years of experience as a graphic designer within consumer brands, CPG, DTC, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle.
  2. Portfolio that showcases excellence across brand identity, packaging, email, social, digital, environmental, and activation work.
  3. Strong conceptual thinker and hands-on executor — able to move fluidly from ideation to production.
  4. Clear understanding of how design drives growth, conversion, and retention across channels.
  5. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing designers.
  6. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion design is a plus.
  7. Knowledge of print production, retail formatting, environmental design basics, and physical signage.
  8. Ability to present work to leadership and cross-functional teams with clarity and rationale.
  9. Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
