The Senior Account Manager of Mass Sales, will be responsible for developing, leading, and fostering a collaborative business partnership between our client and North America Mass customers across North America to deliver profitable growth against our client’s entire portfolio of iconic brands and accessories. This leader will execute the overall sales vision to maximize market share, including category growth, and track key measures and metrics to drive business results. This position requires an agile, strategic leader who can be hands-on and lead the mass account business, collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, and have strength in financial acumen.
Responsibilities:
- 100% emphasis on account management while developing and executing strategic business plans to drive sales growth across mass retail account
- Collaborate, develop, and execute product and go-to-market strategies that deliver strategic and financial objectives with a win-win mindset for both the company and the customer.
- Analyze market and customer trends in collaboration with NA Marketing to influence innovation and our client's brand positioning.
- Perform special assignments as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $120k - $145k
- Variable Bonus: up to 30% (50% personal/50% team performance)
- Projected Year 1 Earnings: $160k - $180k
