Sales Team Vision:

We are building a leadership factory. Meaning - we are looking for reps to come in and prove themselves, develop skills, and move fast in their career.

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

  1. High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
  2. Follow our proven sales process
  3. Train with your coach daily
  4. 200+ Dials per day
  5. Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
  6. Admin work for data collection
  7. Be a team player

Results:

  1. 5 sets per day
  2. 70% show rate
  3. Minimum of 13 closes per month

Requirements:

  1. 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
  2. Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
  3. Open to learning new processes in sales
  4. Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
  5. Excellent communication skills


Location:

  1. Remote, USA (option to re-locate for top performer)
  2. Must live in one of the states we’re registered to operate in: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT


Compensation:

  1. $65k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75k - $85k)
  2. Our closers make $150-$200k+, top performing setters are eligible for promotion.
