About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile, digitally savvy Marketing Associate to support execution of Mommy’s Bliss communication strategy across social media, influencer partnerships, and PR efforts. This role is ideal for someone who has high learning agility, enjoys a fast-paced hands-on culture, and has a passion for storytelling, connecting with audiences, and supporting marketing programs. While experience creating social content or graphics is helpful, the role primarily focuses on marketing coordination and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support & Content Creation

1. Manage monthly content calendars and publishing for brand-owned social channels.
2. Monitor and engage with user-generated content and brand mentions.
3. Support content development (static posts and short videos) as needed using Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or other similar tools.
4. Collaborate with creative and brand teams to maintain a consistent visual identity.

Influencer Marketing

1. Lead micro-influencer campaign execution, sourcing, and outreach.
2. Coordinate product seeding, content approvals, and performance tracking.
3. Help amplify influencer content across owned channels.

Public Relations Support

1. Collaborate with PR agency to support media outreach, press releases, and editorial placements.
2. Track coverage and maintain press assets.
3. Help coordinate brand activation events, product launches, and seasonal storytelling moments.

Digital Fluency & Thought Leadership

1. Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, and algorithm shifts – bringing forward new ideas to test and learn.
2. Contribute ideas to brainstorms and campaign planning.

Budget Tracking & Analytics

1. Track monthly program and campaign KPIs and metrics and support reporting needs across social, influencer, and PR efforts for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
3. Strong portfolio of social content with proven engagement or demonstration of successful Instagram or TikTok accounts you’ve recently worked on.
4. Comfortable with Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
5. Interest or experience in content creation (graphic design, short-form video) is a plus.
6. Excellent communication, organization, project management, and multitasking abilities.
7. CPG marketing experience, particularly with baby or children’s brands is helpful\ but not required.
8. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Hootsuite).
9. Passion for storytelling, pop culture, and digital innovation.
