The Job
The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns including Performance Max, Display, Video, and others across a book of clients. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid search channels to support clients in their growth goals.
Who You Are
You are an associate performance search manager with experience in paid search buying, management, and reporting. You will be focused on high-yield returns and measurable outcomes. You have experience at media agencies, or in-house at brands building successful paid search programs. You have deep expertise in Google Ads and you understand the nuances of additional media buying platforms like Meta, Bing, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, CTV, and programmatic platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage paid search campaigns across various verticals
- Make daily optimizations & pacing adjustments to campaigns to hit client goals
- Analyze daily performance data and provide analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on data driven conclusions
- Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes
- Help determine client benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit client KPI’s quickly
- Keep up your education on industry topics
- Clearly communicate with internal team about client goals, feedback, and workflow
- Improve upon paid media processes and implementation of new strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Direct experience in media planning within a paid search ecosystem for ecommerce companies
- 4+ years of experience in paid advertising with a focus on campaign management, setup, and media buying
- 4+ years of execution in Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center
- Strong understanding of Google Ads including Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube
- Experience building and customizing product feeds
- Solid capabilities in attribution and analytics studios (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- 4+ years working in a media agency or in-house role
- Strong expertise in Excel

Salary + Bonus
$80,000 - $100,000 per year DOE
