Job Description:

We enable businesses to build a culture and ecosystem that embraces knowledge, understanding, and implementation of search engine optimization (SEO). Our goal is to equip organizations with the tools, systems, and personnel to thrive as the search environment continues to evolve. We are a fast-growing boutique SEO agency that supports enterprise businesses, ecommerce companies, and startups with SEO consulting, recruiting, and enablement solutions to scale business growth from organic search visibility in Large Language Models (LLMs) built on artificial intelligence (AI).

About the Job:

We are seeking an SEO Manager to support our Partnerships team with a strong focus on content-driven SEO. In this role, you’ll uncover opportunities across content strategy, on-page optimization, and supporting technical considerations while collaborating with partners and their clients’ marketing, content, and development teams. You will be responsible for assessing content gaps, crafting content strategies, conducting SEO audits, defining roadmaps, developing performance reports, and working with stakeholders to execute. You’ll also propose AI opportunities and improve LLM experiences to ensure both our partners and clients remain competitive as the search landscape evolves. Your insights will translate into actionable recommendations that strengthen workflows and drive meaningful organic growth focused on business KPIs such as sales and leads, not just traffic.

Candidates should feel confident representing the Partnerships team and speaking to the full spectrum of SEO, including content development, on-page performance, site structure, and cross-functional impacts. While content strategy and optimization will be the core of the role, you may occasionally support broader SEO needs during team or partner scheduling conflicts. This position offers the opportunity to bring alignment, consistency, and strategic guidance across a diverse set of partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate site performance to surface opportunities and limitations affecting organic visibility
  2. Conduct SEO content audits to identify strengths, gaps, and risks
  3. Prioritize content initiatives and collaborate with partners, clients, and internal teams to execute recommendations
  4. Analyze ranking and performance data to guide ongoing optimization, including AI-related opportunities
  5. Provide content recommendations, develop website taxonomies, and propose new strategies to improve search performance
  6. Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and gap assessments
  7. Develop page-level build-out plans to support content expansion
  8. Coordinate execution with cross-functional partners, including product, engineering, UX, marketing, and content production teams
  9. Create reporting and presentation materials with insights to communicate progress and support monthly and quarterly reviews
  10. Stay current with SEO trends and evolving AI best practices
  11. Monitor ongoing organic performance and deliver insights to inform next steps

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
  2. 5+ years of experience in SEO
  3. Experience working with enterprise businesses
  4. Strong ability to identify content opportunities and develop scalable content strategies, especially for ecommerce websites
  5. Experience optimizing for LLM-driven search strategies preferred
  6. Technical SEO experience, including internal linking optimization, schema markup, CWV, and indexation health, a plus
  7. Experience in web and SEO analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, rank trackers (like Semrush), and crawlers (like Screaming Frog)
  8. Interest in experimenting with AI agents and other new tools
  9. Excellent communication skills
  10. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  11. Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
  12. Self-motivated and action-oriented
