Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and overall customer experience

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members

- Create and maintain staff schedules

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Collaborate with BOH to design new menu items

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

- Understanding of hospitality management principles

- Familiarity with interviewing and hiring practices in the food service industry

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Culinary background or experience in the food industry

- Previous experience as a cook or in kitchen management
