We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff.

Position Overview:

As a Receptionist at First Line Technology, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and managing day-to-day office operations. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mail and Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide excellent customer service. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry and light Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including processing invoices and handling payments.
  • Office Duties: Greet visitors (and provide badges), maintain a clean and organized front desk, ensure well-stocked supply closet, and perform additional administrative tasks as needed (such as setting up for staff birthdays or company events, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software (or MS Excel).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
