Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative PR Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy that enhances our company’s reputation and aligns with our business goals. The PR Manager will play a key role in promoting Argo Construction’s projects, achievements, and expertise to the public, clients, and media outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and raise awareness of our projects and services.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and securing coverage in relevant publications.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry partners to promote Argo Construction.
- Oversee the creation of PR materials such as press kits, articles, and blog posts.
- Manage and coordinate external communications, including responding to media inquiries and crisis communication.
- Organize and manage public events, project launches, and press conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams on content creation for social media, the company website, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze PR outcomes to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, preferably within the construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of securing media coverage and managing PR campaigns.
- Ability to build relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
- Experience in crisis management and strategic communication.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the construction and real estate markets in New Jersey and New York.
- Experience with social media and digital PR campaigns.
- A network of media contacts in the real estate or construction industry.
