Our platform connects scheduling, communications, and insights into a unified operating system for veterinary teams.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of user empathy, operational rigor, and execution. You’ll own core parts of the TurboVets platform—defining what to build, why it matters, and ensuring it gets shipped with speed and quality. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and customer success to translate real-world clinic needs into powerful, intuitive software.

Responsibilities

1. Define and own the product roadmap for one or more key areas of the TurboVets platform.
2. Partner with engineers and designers to translate high-level concepts into actionable specs and deliverables.
3. Lead discovery through user research, customer interviews, and data analysis—distilling signal from noise.
4. Establish clear success metrics for each initiative and drive accountability across teams.
5. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to ensure product launches are seamless and adopted successfully.
6. Balance short-term execution with long-term vision—helping us scale intelligently without overcomplicating.
7. Stay close to our users—spending time in clinics, observing workflows, and identifying friction and opportunity.

What You Bring

1. 3+ years in product management or related experience in SaaS or B2B software (bonus: experience in healthcare, vet tech, or operational platforms).
2. Proven ability to go from ambiguous problem → validated solution → shipped product.
3. Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate between technical, business, and clinical domains.
4. Analytical and data-informed mindset—comfortable with experimentation and impact measurement.
5. Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with imperfect information.
6. High bias for action; low ego. You drive alignment and outcomes, not bureaucracy.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in veterinary, medical, or other operationally complex service industries.
2. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or workflow automation products.
3. Prior startup experience where you owned full product lifecycles.
