About the Team
You’ll join a high-performing, cross-functional team dedicated to connecting brand engagement with business growth. The team integrates partnerships, Tier 1 events, social media, and advertising into a unified strategy that drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline across the Zoom portfolio. With a full-funnel approach, the focus remains firmly on measurable outcomes and business impact.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and broader business objectives.
Manage global agency relationships and monitor partner performance to ensure agreed-upon metrics are achieved.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Legal teams to align channel strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement ongoing optimization initiatives.
Build and strengthen relationships with key affiliate partners to expand the ecosystem and unlock new market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
Experience overseeing agency relationships and driving external partner performance.
Clear and confident communication skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to execute strategic initiatives while maintaining strong operational oversight.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking technologies, and evolving industry trends.
Experience managing global affiliate programs and international markets.
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and performance marketing strategies.
Compensation
Salary Range: $76,800 – $186,200
Total Direct Compensation may include base salary, bonus, and equity, depending on role and performance. Starting pay is determined by qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Compensation may vary by location.
