Job Description

As an Outreach Specialist, you’ll secure appointments between law firms and our sales managers, who close the deals. This is a commission-only role tailored for self-reliant contractors who thrive on results. Our other Outreach Specialists have experienced a higher-than-usual close rate thanks to the compelling value we offer law firms—our part-time contractors consistently achieve 10 sign-ups per month. You’ll have your own exclusive territory, allowing you to build relationships with the law firms you prospect and maximize your impact. We provide you with email access, a phone service with your own individual number, proven sales scripts, and best practices to ensure your success. Operating as a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule while contributing to a team that boosts law firms’ profitability. Get decision-makers on the line, and we’ll handle the rest—you’re paid when they sign. Work hard, and you’ll reap the rewards.

Responsibilities

1. Prospect and cold-call law firms within your designated territory to generate leads and pitch RepGlow’s services.
2. Schedule appointments with decision-makers, connecting them to our sales managers for closing.
3. Highlight our value proposition—“We help law firms turn $600 a year into $50,000+ in revenue”—to secure meetings.
4. Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and strengthen relationships.
5. Track outreach and appointments precisely—your commission depends on closed deals.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position built for high performers:

1. $300 per Sign-Up: Earn $300 for each law firm that signs up after your appointment closes.
2. Performance Increase: Contractors who deliver consistent sign-ups will earn a significant rate boost—results drive rewards.

As a 1099 contractor, you control your workflow. Our part-time contractors consistently hit 10 sign-ups per month, earning $3,000—and our sales managers close efficiently to make it happen. Push to 20 sign-ups, and that’s $6,000. There’s no ceiling; your output sets your income. If you put in the effort, the payoff is yours.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated experience in sales or appointment-setting, ideally in high-ticket or B2B environments.
2. Strong phone skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
3. Self-directed work ethic suited for independent contractor status.
4. Comfort with commission-only pay and a focus on high earnings.
