Job Brief:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding global team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Consumer51, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques to drive growth and engagement for our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

· Conduct thorough research and analysis of target markets, customer personas, and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals, and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.

· Create and optimize digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

· Utilize web analytics tools and data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, optimize landing pages, and enhance the overall user experience.

· Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency.

· Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and implement necessary adjustments to ensure optimal website visibility and search engine rankings.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and proactively addressing their digital marketing needs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

· Proven experience, 5 years in digital marketing. Prior experience in a growing digital agency setting required.

· Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends

· Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software

· Experience using Hubspot or a similar CRM required

· Prior experience working directly with clients and strong client service skills required

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with clients and team members

· Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering results

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

· Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.

  • Familiarity with web development technologies, content management systems, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus

Pay: $43,299.38 - $52,145.49 per year
