ABOUT THIS ROLE:

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving both internal and external marketing initiatives, from creating and distributing business listings to enhancing brand awareness and attracting new clients. This fully remote position requires a , excellent organizational skills, and an eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our marketing materials are engaging, polished, and reaching the right audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Internal Marketing (Listing Creation + Distribution):

  • Organize and oversee the creation and distribution of business listings across multiple platforms to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Manage listings on the MLS, company website, and third-party listing platforms.
  • Coordinate the distribution of listings to email subscribers and buyer databases, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Track and analyze the performance of listings, providing recommendations for optimizing distribution and engagement.
  • Write and refine copy for all components of a business listing, ensuring clear, compelling, and accurate information.

External Marketing (Customer Acquisition + Brand Awareness)

  • Lead the creation and distribution of all company communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Maintain and optimize the company’s website, with a focus on improving search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Write and develop both short- and long-form copy for blogs and educational materials aimed at attracting potential clients.
  • Optimize CRM-driven emails and other communication channels to enhance engagement and drive conversions.

Other Tasks:

  • Manage and organize subcontractors used to produce assets for listings and marketing materials
  • Research and implement improved business marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the management of the company’s CRM system, ensuring automation, data integrity, and functionality are continuously optimized.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, outgoing personality, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain immaculate attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain professional and constructive in all situations while working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven copywriting experience (graphic design skills are a plus, but not required).
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

COMPENSATION:

  • Base Pay starts at $70k, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus opportunities exist and will be discussed during the hiring process.
  • Paid Time Off includes: Major Holidays, 2 Personal Days, 1 Week PTO after 90 days of employment
  • Laptop and equipment to be provided.
