Marketing Director (Part-Time, Remote – Independent Contractor)

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Director who’s an expert in both Meta Ads and Google Ads. This is a part-time Independent Contractor role (3–4 hours/day, Monday through Friday) with a flexible schedule — but it’s important to note that this position is expected to grow into full-time quickly, so full-time availability is a must.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Create, run, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
2. Integrate Meta Pixel.
3. Track and report on key performance metrics like cost per lead, cost per result, and ROI
4. Discover and test new marketing channels to drive growth
5. Research and manage micro-influencer partnerships
6. Draft and oversee influencer contracts
7. Deliver clear, weekly performance reports
8. Think creatively to move the business forward and identify new opportunities

What we’re looking for:

1. Expert in Meta Ads and Google Ads
2. Self-sufficient, resourceful, and a strong creative thinker
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
4. Able to manage projects independently from start to finish
5. Someone comfortable working remotely and reporting results regularly

Bonus points if you have:

1. A Canva Pro account (or similar creative tool)
2. Experience in the wedding or events industry
