Job Description:

Marketing Coordinator

Contract Duration: Until 10/30/2026, with a strong potential for extension

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Jackson or Lansing for department meetings (1-2 times per month).

Work Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch break)


Overview:

Marketing is responsible for data sciences, the voice of the customer, marketing strategy, and go-to-market plans that achieve business goals, such as customer satisfaction and product growth. This includes customer data, advanced analytics, research, product and experience marketing strategy, and customer communications to support those strategies. The Marketing department is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in deploying Product Marketing Strategies that drive product growth and deliver world-class customer experiences, yielding high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the execution of marketing activities, including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, sponsorships, and more.
  2. Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager, Experience Design, Sales, and other functions to ensure the timely coordination and execution of marketing activities.
  3. Work with agencies, program teams, and the Product Owner groups in executing marketing plans.
  4. Review and traffic marketing tactics through the Company’s project management system.
  5. Develop reports to analyze marketing performance and provide post-campaign analysis with recommendations.
  6. Take marketing plans and lay out strategic initiatives, acting as the conduit to implement the marketing plan across various teams.
  7. Communicate with vendors, including printers, and collaborate closely with the analytics team for insights.
  8. Coordinate and track the development and review of marketing assets through the project management system.
  9. Handle ad hoc activities that support the overall goals of the Product Marketing team.
  10. Compile and process financial information such as invoices and budget spreadsheets.
  11. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to extract and analyze marketing data for performance insights.


Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on behind-the-scenes work, rather than purely administrative tasks.
  2. Strong attention to detail, excellent program/project management skills, and the ability to coordinate efforts across several departments.
  3. Experience working in a large company or larger environment preferred.
  4. Familiarity with marketing terminology and the ability to execute marketing plans effectively.
  5. Comfortable using Power BI dashboards to analyze marketing data.
  6. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  7. Self-motivated and able to take initiative to solve problems independently.
  8. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
  9. Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
