As we continue to expand, we are bringing more of our marketing efforts in-house. This role will strengthen our digital presence and help showcase our work through consistent content, authentic customer stories, and a strong, unified brand across online platforms.

The Role:

We are seeking a creative, driven, and organized marketing professional to lead our content, social media, and promotional marketing efforts.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work—capturing real customer experiences, producing engaging content, supporting sales initiatives, and elevating our brand online. You will work closely with leadership, the sales team, and our external marketing agency while taking ownership of content and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Plan, create, and manage digital content across platforms including website, social media, email, and video.

Coordinate and capture customer video testimonials on-site, by phone, or remotely.

Develop both short-form and long-form content such as:

  1. Social media posts
  2. Reels and short videos
  3. Project highlights
  4. Before-and-after features
  5. Educational content about products and services

Maintain a content calendar aligned with promotions and seasonal trends.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

Track performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.

Promotions & Campaign Support:

Assist with planning and execution of seasonal promotions, sales campaigns, trade shows, and local events.

Support the sales team with marketing materials and content as needed.

Brand & Marketing Coordination:

Serve as the primary in-house marketing contact.

Ensure consistency across all branding and messaging.

Track content and campaign performance and provide basic insights and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices.

Comfort working on-site to capture photos, videos, and customer stories.

Experience creating or coordinating video content, especially testimonials.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience in home improvement, construction, security, or related industries.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms.

Experience using social media scheduling tools.

Basic video editing skills.

Understanding of how content supports SEO and paid advertising.
