Senior Software Engineer - Agentic Systems - Remote (US)

QNT Partners is working with a brand new algorithmic trading desk, launching within an established business. The venture is currently fewer than 10 people with the CTO writing vast amounts of code (100,000s a month) in partnership with one other Engineer.

This has been done by deploying swarms of specialized AI agents to co-author, test, and optimize their low-latency algorithmic trading systems. As part of the expansion in the engineering team, the CTO is looking for Senior Software Engineers, who are passionate about increasing their output by deploying similar swarms for concurrent code generation.

You will be:

1. Designing the blueprint for a greenfield HFT platform (Order Gateway, Matching Engine, Risk Management) for AI agents to execute.
2. Developing and refine the framework where multiple LLM-based agents work concurrently, ensuring code consistency and integration.
3. Overseeing agent-generated code of ultra-low latency C++ or Rust (micros / nanos)
4. Implementing rigorous, automated "Agent-in-the-loop" testing and formal verification to ensure the trading logic is flawless.

You need:

1. Deep expertise in low-latency systems, kernel bypass (Solarflare/OpenOnload), and lock-free data structures. This does not have to be from industry.
2. Experience with LangGraph, AutoGPT, or CrewAI; managing state and concurrency across multiple agents.
3. Mastery of C++ (20/23) or Rust for core systems
4. To know why a cache miss is a disaster and how to teach an agent to avoid one.
