Marketing Communications Specialist
The Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, communicating, and reporting on social media and other content for our Commercial Vehicle division, ensuring all external communications meet our brand standards. You’ll define and communicate omni-channel promotional campaigns to support business unit goals, working closely with the creative and production team to develop content while ensuring alignment with Sales and Product Management teams. You’ll bring your proven track record of core marketing experience to create effective, data-driven, marketing programs that deliver measurable results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and oversee execution of the business unit’s social media strategy and presence
Create and publish compelling content to support sales efforts and new product launches (brochures, presentations, spec sheets, videos, whitepapers, articles, email campaigns, web content, press releases, case studies, sales collateral, tradeshow material, print and digital ads).
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Disciplined self-starter with 5+ years of marketing communications management experience preferably in a technology B2B environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience in research, writing and posting content
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, diplomatic and interpersonal skills
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and leadership skills
Must be a team player and demonstrate a positive attitude with excellent people skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Limited travel (less than 10%)
