We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team and help drive our growth.

Job Summary: The Marketing and Sales Assistant will support the marketing and sales departments by managing and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing sales processes, and optimizing follow-ups. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Management: Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, copywriting, and direct mail. Ensure that marketing messages are tailored and delivered in the most effective sequence.
• Sales and Follow-ups: Oversee sales processes, manage follow-ups, and review current sales strategies to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the sales team to optimize performance and conversion rates.
• SEO Coordination: Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.
• Process Improvement: Review and refine current processes in marketing and sales to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hiring Support: Assist in hiring across departments, including teachers, by coordinating job postings, screenings, and interviews.
• Department Collaboration: Work with all departments to determine needs and ensure they are addressing the most important and interested contacts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in email marketing, copywriting, and direct mail strategies.
• Experience with SEO and online marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign).
