Marketing Analyst



Contract to hire position


Summary:

We’re seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to lead performance reporting and analysis across digital and direct mail channels. In this role, you'll drive insights into marketing ROI, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution. Ideal candidates have strong experience in analytics tools (Google/Adobe), attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis, particularly within financial services or data-rich environments.



Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage performance reporting frameworks for digital and direct mail campaigns (e.g., paid search, social, display).
  2. Analyze customer journey behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and internal platforms.
  3. Implement multi-touch and advanced attribution models to evaluate incremental lift and channel impact.
  4. Contribute to marketing mix modeling, offer testing, and response analysis to optimize marketing spend.
  5. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and data science teams to refine acquisition strategies and reduce costs.
  6. Build and present visually intuitive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders.




Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. 6–10 years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a digital-first business.
  3. Expertise in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics; strong grasp of UTM tracking, engagement metrics, and funnel analysis.
  4. Proven experience with direct mail analytics, offer testing, and segmentation strategies.
  5. Proficient in advanced marketing measurement: multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and A/B testing.
  6. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau.
  7. Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
  8. Bonus: Experience working with cloud data tools like Snowflake or AWS.




Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 50/hr to 62/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
